Terms and Conditions – 8k8apps Philippines Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 8k8apps. Your continued access to or use of the platform — whether for browsing, registering, depositing, placing bets, claiming bonuses, or any other activity — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

8k8apps reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are using 8k8apps on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that they have been made aware of and agree to them.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create and maintain an account on 8k8apps, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 8k8apps strictly prohibits the use of our platform by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are permitted under applicable law, including the Philippines.
• You must not be registered on any national or platform-level self-exclusion list for problem gambling.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of 8k8apps, or an immediate family member of any of the above.
• You must register using your own true identity. False information provided during registration may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 8k8apps. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a false identity, or through any other method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 8k8apps account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including 8k8apps support staff. We will never ask for your full password.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 8k8apps support immediately at support@8k8apps.net.
• 8k8apps is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Your account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to use your account, place bets on your behalf, or access your account in any way. Accounts found to be shared will be subject to immediate suspension.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 8k8apps are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through officially supported payment channels including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or game.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited instantly to your 8k8apps wallet.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 8k8apps reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your 8k8apps account.
• 8k8apps reserves the right to impose a processing hold on withdrawals for security review purposes.
• Funds acquired through fraudulent activity, system errors, or bonus abuse will not be eligible for withdrawal and may be voided.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

8k8apps offers various bonuses and promotions including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically overridden by individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are only available to players who hold a single, verified account in good standing.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• 8k8apps reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if abuse or manipulation of the bonus system is suspected.
• The use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all related funds and account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

8k8apps reserves the right to determine whether any bet or series of bets qualifies toward the fulfilment of a wagering requirement. Bets placed on certain game types may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements — these details will be specified in the relevant promotion page.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

By participating in any betting or gaming activity on 8k8apps, you acknowledge that:

• All bets once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player, except where permitted by specific game rules (such as a "cash out" option in sports betting where available).
• 8k8apps reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event or game where a system error has occurred, or placed using incorrect odds that resulted from a technical malfunction.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game session, bets already placed and confirmed will be honoured and settled based on the actual outcome.
• 8k8apps uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all non-live casino games. Live games are operated by regulated third-party studios using real equipment.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits are set per table and per game. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface before you place any bet.

Sports betting odds are set by 8k8apps and may fluctuate in real time based on market conditions. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. Any bet confirmed before an odds change takes effect will be honoured at the original confirmed odds.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 8k8apps and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment methods, false identity documents, or fraudulent means to fund your account or claim winnings.
• Collusion: Working with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any card game, table game, or betting market.
• Use of bots or automated systems: Using any software, script, bot, or automated system to interact with 8k8apps games or betting markets in place of a human player.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds across betting markets in a manner that exploits system vulnerabilities rather than genuine market judgment.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false information, or exploiting promotional terms to obtain bonuses beyond what is intended for a single qualifying player.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating payment chargebacks through your bank or e-wallet provider after funds have been used for gaming activity on 8k8apps.
• Match fixing or insider betting: Placing bets based on inside knowledge of fixed events or participating in the fixing of any sporting event.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on 8k8apps — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, software, and data — is the intellectual property of 8k8apps or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any 8k8apps content without prior written permission.
• You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the 8k8apps platform for any purpose.
• The 8k8apps name and logo may not be used in any marketing, social media, or third-party context without explicit written consent from 8k8apps.

9 Privacy and Data

8k8apps collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using 8k8apps, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

8k8apps reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Requests from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or payment processors.
• Account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) or more consecutive months. Inactive accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee after notice has been issued.

Upon account closure for legitimate reasons (i.e., at the player's own request, not as a result of violations), any remaining real-money balance — net of applicable processing fees — will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period, subject to the completion of identity verification.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed violations, 8k8apps reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and reverse any pending withdrawals.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been an error in a game outcome, transaction, or any other aspect of your 8k8apps experience, please contact our support team as soon as possible — ideally within forty-eight (48) hours of the event in question.

• Disputes should be submitted in writing to support@8k8apps.net with a clear description of the issue, the relevant transaction or game IDs, and any supporting evidence.
• 8k8apps will acknowledge your dispute within twenty-four (24) hours and aim to resolve it within seven (7) business days.
• 8k8apps's decision on disputed matters is final unless the player can demonstrate a clear technical or administrative error on the part of 8k8apps.
• Initiating a payment chargeback with your bank or e-wallet provider prior to completing the 8k8apps internal dispute process constitutes a violation of these Terms.

14 Changes to These Terms

8k8apps reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — 8k8apps will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continuing to use 8k8apps after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 8k8apps's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
